Booking Terms
Booking Terms are essential, as they set out the legal terms under which Travel Services are provided to you. These Terms, along with your booking confirmation email (the “Booking Confirmation”), apply to your use of our Service. By booking a Travel Service, you must accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using our Service or booking a Travel Service.
To make a booking, you must agree to the Rules and Restrictions of the Travel Provider, including payment terms, refund policies, penalties, availability restrictions, and other conditions. These Rules and Restrictions are provided to you before booking and are considered part of these Terms.
If you violate a Travel Provider’s Rules and Restrictions, your booking may be canceled, and you may forfeit any payments made. You may also be charged for any costs incurred due to such violations.
Payment
You will need to pay a deposit or the full amount at the time of booking. If you only pay a deposit, the remaining balance is due by the specified date. If the full payment is not received by the due date, the supplier may cancel your booking, and cancellation fees will apply.
The deposit can be paid via bank transfer, check, or credit card. Late payments will incur a fee of 2.5% of the outstanding balance, which will be applied automatically once the payment is overdue. Payments more than 14 days overdue may result in immediate cancellation of the booking with no refund.
Credit Card Payments
By authorizing your credit card for the deposit and/or final payments, you confirm your agreement to comply with these Terms, regardless of whether you signed the payment authorization. Verbal authorization is also considered confirmation of your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks, and wire transfers. Please note that credit card payments (except for the initial deposit) will incur a 3.0% service fee.
Hotel Availability
TEN reserves the right to substitute confirmed hotels with similar accommodations, at its discretion or that of the hotel. Accommodations are subject to availability, and the names of travelers must be provided at least 30 days prior to departure.
Booking Changes and Transfers
Due to the nature of sports travel, reselling travel packages is not allowed. You may transfer your booking to a friend or family member, but changes must be submitted at least 30 days before departure. We are unable to make exceptions for personal emergencies, and we recommend purchasing travel medical insurance for additional protection.
Cancellations and Refunds
To cancel a booking, you must submit a written request. Cancellations before final payment is due will incur a fee equal to the deposit amount. Cancellations made after final payment will result in a 100% charge of the total package cost. Refunds will not be issued for unused services or parts of the trip.
If a cancellation by one or more travelers alters room requirements for the remaining group members, they may be required to pay an adjusted rate. Group bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable unless specified otherwise.
We do not make exceptions for personal emergencies, weather, Force Majeure events, or medical issues. We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance, as no exceptions will be made.
Incidental Charges
The traveler agrees to cover incidental expenses not included in the package, such as food, drinks, phone calls, internet, parking, and other hotel charges. A credit card or deposit will be required at check-in to cover these charges.
Force Majeure
Force Majeure events include natural disasters, acts of war, public health emergencies, government actions, travel advisories, or terrorism, which may prevent attendance at an event. If an event is canceled or postponed due to Force Majeure, TEN will assist in seeking reimbursements for any unprovided services. However, TEN is not liable for any loss or damage and will not be responsible for refunds not issued by suppliers or event organizers.
Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance, which may be required by suppliers. Your insurance should cover cancellation costs, assistance in case of illness or accidents (including repatriation), baggage and money loss, and other expenses. If we issued your insurance policy, verify all details are correct, and disclose any relevant information, including pre-existing medical conditions. Failure to provide accurate information may affect your coverage. TEN is not responsible for any losses that insurance would have covered.
Final Travel Arrangements
Ensure all travel, passport, visa, and insurance documents are in order, and arrive on time for check-in at the airport. You may need to reconfirm your flight with the airline. Please contact us at least 72 hours before departure for confirmation details. If you fail to reconfirm, you may be denied boarding and unlikely to receive a refund.
Behavior
Please note that suppliers may terminate your stay without refund if your behavior is unacceptable. You may also be required to pay for any damage caused to the accommodation. TEN is not obligated to assist in such cases. You agree to indemnify TEN for any claims (including legal costs) made against us due to your actions.
Privacy Notice
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Our privacy notice is available on our website.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hidalgo County, Texas.
